DUCATI Panigale V2 and TRIUMPH Speed Triple RS1050 on TWISTY mountain road.

I was out doing some local riding today with Lisa, and I met a few other bikers enjoying lovely weather. We got chatting, and one thing led to another - a group ride across the mountains.

This is one of my regular rides, quite tight and low speed, but technical and fun riding and you have to pay close attention to road conditions, as there are patches of gravel, green moss, and the odd rock.

The Panigale V2 is an extremely rideable superbike. Following the Triumph, most of my time was spent between 5K and 9K RPM. It has plenty of torque on tap at these RPM's. The bike hits max power and really takes off as you get around the 10,000RPM mark, which I have done, but on much more open, flowing riding. This route we took today really doesn't allow it, safely.

I purchased a 2020 DUCATI Panigale V2 a few weeks ago, as my primary street bike. I may do the odd track day on this bike, but at this point I won't be racing it. It's mint and it's going to be treated like the princess it is.

I have a DUCATI Panigale V2 review in the works, but I want to wait until I've got more miles on the bike so I can offer a more rounded review. If you enjoyed this video, please like and subscribe.

Cheers and happy trails, Tori
