KTM/Husqvarna has gone to great lengths to provide a side stand sensor that cannot be tampered with.  If this sensor is to fail (or you lose the magnet) while in the field you WILL be left stranded. This product defeats the sensor and has saved countless rides from ending early. Don't get stranded with out one.....

The factory sensor does not allow gear engagement without the side stand in the "UP" position. While we understand the safety aspect there are a few issues. This is not a simple roadside repair like the old days where you cut the switch off and twisted wires together or even dug up a proper resistor to temporarily alleviate the problem. This is a 50% duty cycle square wave that would be almost impossible to duplicate without proper hardware, an oscilloscope, and knowledge in circuits/electronics. 

Carry one of these dongles on your bike for a little piece of mind should the OEM product fail. 

WARNING: This product is to be carried as a spare part and used to get you and your bike to safety when the OEM sensor fails. It is not to be installed while your OEM side stand sensor is operating normally as this allows the bike to engage gears with the side stand still in the down position which can result in property damage and/or injury. By purchasing this product you agree to assume full liability. 

Hands down the most rigid setup that mounts directly to the 390/790/890 factory GPS location (believe us, we've tried them all)!! This is NOT a 3D printed part with brass inserts that eventually spin out, this is NOT a flexible piece of molded plastic, this is NOT a piece of sheet metal with clip nuts for mounting, and it certainly isn't a ram ball setup that pails in comparison.

This IS a rock solid, rigid 2-part design, machined from 6061 alloy aluminum and anodized in your choice of black or orange color. The base part walls are machined to a taper for a perfect match to the drafted walls of the 790 gps mounting location. This creates wall parallelism and under a clamped load the strength of the joint is exponentially higher than that of our competition. No clip nuts or inserts here, the threaded side holes are machined in place.

Includes AMPS bolt pattern to securely mount Garmin's Rugged mount for Montana or Trail Tech Dock for Voyager Pro, or new Garmin XT (many other GPS units fit as well with AMPS bolt pattern).

The mount holds the GPS at the same viewing angle as the factory TFT display which provides a perfect position whether sitting or standing. No need for adjustment and we didn't want to add a point of rotation.

The adjustable windscreen of the 790 can be mounted in both Low and High positions without GPS interference. A small machined pocket allows wiring to pass through the GPS mount base into the headlight assembly for easy termination to the pre-wired accessory power. Grab some Wiring pigtails while your at it to make the job even easier!

Given the popularity of this product we will be bringing a host of variations in the near future. We will have an adapter so you can use the Ram X-Grip phone holder but we won't use the vibration prone ram ball itself. We made a consideration for Quadlock but after breaking multiples in testing we have decided that this product is a liability and not for Offroad use. Stay Tuned

The stock OEM O-ring will be reused when installing this unit.

​A two-piece part that combines a thin plate of laser cut steel, powder coated in black, along with a machined piece of billet aluminum to give you more surface area to better support the bike. Particularly useful in dirt/mud/sand environments where the substrate is softer. One of the machined flats is parallel (in contact) with the ground surface when the bike is tipped up using the kickstand for field changing tires.

The ULTIMATE in new-aged plastic skid plates for your KTM 690 or Husqvarna 701. Vanasche Motorsports has teamed up with Molecule Motosports, an expert in Thermo-Forming UHMW skid plates, to produce a proper plate to best all others.

We wanted to produce a plate that was extremely tough, durable, highly wear & impact resistant, and still offered the sound abatement qualities of plastic plates. Coming from an industrial background we knew that the only real option that would outperform all other plastics in an application such as this was UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene).

Vanasche Motorsports handled the precision machined components while Molecule cut and formed the UHMW plate. A partnership that will serve our customer base the best performance skid plates available.

Trying to decide which tread plate? Here are the basic differences:

The dowel pins offer more surface area so we consider them more comfortable for longer periods of standing as they don't dig into the boot quite as much. Ideal for softer soled shoes (not recommended for hard soled MX boots where you need the 'Bite' of the set screws). 

The set screws offer superior traction and gives you the ability to change out lengths and effectively alter the angle of the surface. The setscrew plates offer the highest level of grip/traction. Each set of setscrew pegs comes with an entire set of 10mm and 12mm long screws as well as new cotter pins and an allen wrench.

Precision machined from Billet 6061 aluminum these pedal pads are very robust and with the anodized finish they look great too. The largest benefit coming from the pressed dowel pins which offer amazing grip as well as a true sense of feedback through pedal feel.

P2 (most popular)- Underside mounted Pedal pad.  Exceptionally STRONG design with the pocketed fit. This is approximately the same sized platform as stock and mounts on the bottom side of the lever. It provides about ~3/8" drop overall from factory. This is designed to work with our Billet Brake Pedals for the ultimate in strength but with a small amount of filing it will work with the stock lever as well.

P3 - Stepped pedal pad which offers two different braking heights for sitting and standing. Designed to work with our Billet Brake Pedals as well as the stock lever. The upper platform level is about the same height as stock, the lower platform is dropped by about 1/2". 

P4 - Slightly Oversized surface area over the stock pedal pad. This pad has two mounting positions so that you can position it further forward or rearward.

The stock brake pedals on the 690 and 701 are simply put, spaghetti. One good dump to the right and kiss your rear brakes goodbye for the rest of the trip. The Vanasche Brake Levers are not only modular, but beautiful and tough, all in one. 'Future Proof' your ride with this fine addition.

Machined aluminum plate to adapt the AMPS bolt pattern to a 2-hole pattern in order to mount the Perfect Squeeze phone mount sold by Hondo Garage. There are two of the 2-hole patterns: one for portrait orientation, one for landscape orientation.
