If you purchase from us, we provide a free 45 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please CONTACT US to arrange a return for a full refund of the purchase price.
Goods are to be returned at the customers expense and must be received in original condition and packaging.
All KRIEGA luggage products and accessories are covered by a 10 guarantee against material and production faults. Goods that have faulty workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced.
This guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim please contact us to arrange to return the goods to us, or return it to your place of purchase.
