KTM 690 Enduro R / Husqvarna 701 - AXP Racing Bash Plate

Hi guys. I picked up my new 2019 KTM 690 Enduro R a few days ago, and I received my AXP skid plate in the mail this morning!

I'm still working on a first-ride review, which is taking a bit of my time - so I thought I'd take a break and fit the bash-plate. It ended up as a short video of my impressions and fitment of the AXP plate. I'll do a follow up in a few weeks, once I've smashed it around some.

AXP Racing was great to deal with, and shipping was extremely fast. I've heard good things about these bash plates, which are made out of a type of plastic (HDPE), and apparently they are very quiet on the bike, and they slide over obstacles very easily.

The bash plate only weighs 1.7 kilograms, and fitment is a super-simple job. It looks good!

I hope this helps some KTM 690/Husqvarna 701 owners in their decision re:bash plates.
