Designed to be a perfect fit on the latest lightweight enduro bikes with a custom shape and specific fitting hardware. The OS-BASE DIRTBIKE is an 'over the seat harness' for mounting OS-6, OS-12, or OS-18 ADVENTURE PACKS as soft panniers, with no need for metal frames or racks. This system provides a super-tough, lightweight carrying solution, with only slight bodywork alterations needed. The fitting hardware gives the flexibility to mount a one, two, or three-pack set-up, depending on your ride. The set-length straps make mounting quick and easy, and the custom shape provides a tight, secure fit with plenty of distance from the exhaust. It takes less than a minute to mount and just seconds to remove it.

FITTING HARDWARE INCLUDED IN THE KIT

2 x OS-DIRTBIKE RINGS attach to the main bike frame near to the footpegs. Designed to be left on the bike when not using the OS-BASE, they provide an easy access mounting solution for the front straps.

4 x OS-RACK LOOPS provide 4 hook-on points for a stand alone OS-PACK or US-Drypack or used in conjunction with the additional loops on the OS-BASE they provide various mounting points for a 3 x bag set-up. The rear 2 x OS-RACK LOOPS provide a strong and safe mounting location for the rear straps.

1 x SILICONE HEAT SHIELD provides a safe barrier from the exhaust. It simply mounts to the silencer using the two zip-ties provided.

Faster & safer hydration with this in-helmet kit.

For use in conjunction with the Kriega 3 litre HydraPak® reservoir and 2 litre HydraPak® Shape Shift Reservoir.

Designed for racing conditions when it’s safer to keep both hands on the handle bars and concentrate on riding. This kit positions the soft bite valve of the hydration tube permanently near the riders mouth, giving fast & safe ‘Hands-free’ hydration.
A flexible white silicone tube fits along the base of the helmet with a Velcro® patch which fixes to the inside of the helmet under the cheek pads. The tube pushes through a hole in the front air vent so that the soft bite valve is in the right position. A quick-release dry-break valve makes it easy to remove your helmet whilst wearing a the backpack.

The dry-break valve connects to the existing big-bore insulated tube on the Kriega Hydro-3 or existing clear tube on the Kriega Hydro-2.

STEP 1

Make a hole in the helmet front air vent. Push the white tube through from the inside

STEP 2

Slide the Velcro looped tabs onto the white tube. Push the end onto the dry-break connector

STEP 3

Remove the helmet inner cheek pad. Stick the Velcro® patch to a flat area on the inside.

STEP 4

Replace the inner cheek pad and adjust the bite valve position to your liking
Note: depending on the helmet size, the white tube may need cutting down. The ideal position for the connector is as near to the helmet as possible.
